Tea Part Club 5th Anniversary Meet Featuring Juliette et Justine and Gothic Lolita Bible! Part 2

Hey, Hatchi here!

So I have been so busy with moving but final I have a free moment to let you in on how things got on at the Juliette et Justine and Gothic Lolita Bible tea party.
Needless to say it was brilliant and I hope to be making a video very soon of the fashion show (when we sort out our editing software) and of the Q&A we had with the designers.
The tea and cake was delicious, the dresses were devine, the people were wonderful and so friendly and it was such a fun day! We even had a scavenger hunt and a raffle in which I won an Innocent World skirt.

So here are a few pictures!

The ceiling in the main room was beautiful!

Lolitas from all over the world ventured to be part of this event

A small catwalk was set up so we could view Juliette et Justine's new designs

This was my favourite dress. It's a bookcase design but it has gathered printed chiffon at the waist

This is me, in my outfit, outside the venue

I had a fantastic time and was so grateful to Kyra of the Tea Party Club for organising the event!

Tea Part Club 5th Anniversary Meet Featuring Juliette et Justine and Gothic Lolita Bible! Part 1

Hey, Hatchi here!

So tomorrow I am travelling to London for the day to enjoy lunch, a fashion show, stalls, question time and many more wonderful things with the fabulous Tea Party Club!
The Tea Party Club is a non-profit organisation that organises international lolita meet-ups in London so that we can all get together and celebrate lolita and how much we adore it!
I am very excited and have made a custom dress inspired by Juliette et Justine and BABY THE STARS SHINE BRIGHT (two of my favourite lolita brands right now!).

Juliette et Justine (http://juliette-et-justine.com/) are a classic lolita brand whose prints really inspire my design. Joining them on the day are representatives from Gothic Lolita Bible (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gothic_%26_Lolita_Bible) are the leading lolita publication. They will be doing a report that will be distributed globally about the event.
I can't wait to meet more loli's and catch up with my local lot who will be attending. It's at the Charing Cross Hotel and it's a beautiful location!

Here are a few snapshots of my dress and make-up for tomorrow! I'm sure next week I will post some pictures of the event on here too. I'm moving house on Monday so things will be a bit up in the air for a few days but I'll be settled by the end of the week and ready to post again!

The blouse I'll be wearing is an off brand chiffon and I am accessorising the dress with creams to match it

Oak Woodland Headpiece

Hey, Hatchi here!

So 'Oak Woodland' was my first hand silk printed design, that I made into a skirt and I've been thinking about making it into a gorgeous print for you to enjoy too!
So to get my mind working and pumping out design ideas for the refurbished print, I decided to make a headpiece to match the print. It's rather more gothic than the last but that really suits the old gothic feel of the print. I hope you like it!

Fan of feathers and golf buttons

Lady Sloth inspired Headpiece

Hey, Hatchi here!

Here is a video I made the day I wore my Magical Landscape inspired Headpiece. It shows how I styled my hair but also how I wore the headpiece and good ways to accessorise it.

I hope you enjoy it!

Just thought I would share with you the swing tags and stickers that I got for the brand! I can't stop looking at them, I love them so much! I can't wait until I get the clothing labels, I just know I'm going to love them too.
